Hotel Cikada y Aland vale la pena visitar

Traducción a español esta abajo. We went to the Aland, which is a finish Island between Finland and Sweden, and stayed at the hotel Cikada. I recommend it, because even though it is among the cheaper ones on Åland, ( but as everyting is expensive there, this is among the cheaper hotels). The hotel has small rooms, but they are clean, and the hotel has very nice personel. It also has a very good location, and is close to the center of the city ( Marieshamn). We had done the reservation through an agency, and when we arrived, the hotel told us that we should have a discount, because our son was below 12 years, and could stay for free (without the extra charge for an extra bed, which we already had paid). Obviously for the hotel, it would have been “ better” to sell an extra bed, which already was paid for and without complaint from our side, but with the honesty of the Finns, they told us and we got the money back, without any problem.

En espanol, Fuimos a Åland que es una isla entre Suecia y Finlandia, y quedamos en el hotel Cikada. Lo recomiendo, porque es uno de los mas económicos de Åland ( aunque es caro por estar en Åland, donde todo es caro). El hotel tiene cuartos pequeños pero limpios y buenos. Los empleados son muy amables. También tiene una ubicación buena, ya que esta cerca del centro de Mariehamn. Habíamos hecho la reservación atreves de una agencia de viaje, y pagado un cargo extra por una cama extra, para nuestro hijo de 7 anos. Cuando llegamos, los honestos Finlandeses del hotel nos aviso que deberíamos tener un descuento, porque niños debajo de 12 años no pagan por cama extra. Obviamente hubiera sido “mejor” para el hotel de cobrar una cama extra, pero siendo honestos querían que todo estaba correcto. La agencia de viaje (que también estaba en Aland, nos después nos regresó el dinero sin ningún problema. Les recomiendo el hotel, y tambien a la isla Aland. Saludos
